Rachel, a talented wig stylist, even surprised us with a mid-session transformation, adding an extra layer of magic to the evening.
On their wedding day, we ventured to the picturesque Mountain Memories at Thorpewood. The forest canopy, adorned with the remnants of autumn's splendor, provided the perfect backdrop for their vows. Thorpe Wood is located on 155 acres in the Catoctin mountains, This venue offers a variety of indoor and outdoor ceremony sites, and is wheelchair accessible. The rental rates range from $5,500 to $7,200 for the day depending on the day and time of year. Wedding rentals include a 1-hour ceremony, a 1-hour post-ceremony photo sessions, and the lodge for the reception. Thirpe Wood can accommodate up to 150 guests.
